INTERNET. To place an order you have to enroll and sign in with your user name and password. You have to register only one time then placing the order is simple and fast. After picking the goods you are interested in, click on the button “basket” (in the upper right corner) and it will take just a few more steps to check out.

SELLING PRICE AND RECEIPT
The prices published are except VAT, shipping costs and they could change without any prior notice; so do the products, due to technological progress.
Prices and sales conditions through other distribution channels (that is direct sale) may be different from the ones on the web site; you can see the mark “available online only” on such products. Periodically, if registered for such service, you would receive our special promotions through our mailing list, referring to on line purchases only (clearly stated in the promotion).
The products on offer can be marketed until stocks are exhausted, so such prices are valid only for the quantity in stock and/or only for a time period as stated in the offer itself. The user has to communicate all his information for the invoicing when submitting the order. Without prejudice of errors and omissions.
On receiving the order, 3D TARGET will issue a document called FATTURA (Invoice), both for VAT numbers and tax code. The customer may at any time modify his account, changing or cancelling the relative fields: business name, address, VAT number, tax code, etc.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
As per the Italian Consumer Code and in accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/UE, all the customers that fulfill on order on www.3dtarget.it have the right to withdraw from it for any reason and without any penalty, obtaining the refund of the amount spent. Such right refers exclusively to natural person (consumers), this means that any legal person and natural person acting for purposes attributable to their professional activity cannot exercise such right: for the same reason traders, wholesalers and managers are excluded. This legislation applies for distance and off-premises purchases.
The customer has to return the goods within 14 days from the receipt, on condition that the right of withdrawal is previously notified in written by post, fax or email. The goods must be properly packaged and shipped free port to the destination indicated below:

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
the customer has to return the whole good, not its individual parts (for istance accessories, software, etc.);
the good has to be returned in its original package, along with its accessories and documents;
the good has to be returned in perfect conditions. Goods that are damaged, showing signs of deterioration, wear or dirt cannot be acceptable;
the returned good has to be the one bought on www.3dtarget.it. If, after a check carried out by 3D TARGET, the serial number appears to be different, the withdrawal will not be accepted and the good shall be made available to the customer, and no reimbursement shall be required to 3D TARGET;
the shipment for the return is under the customer’s responsability, until it is delivered to 3D TARGET.
The right of withdrawal, even if already issued, lapse if the customer is not sending the good back to 3D TARGET within 30 days from the report. Because of the expiration date, the good is intended to be returned when it is handed to the courier.
3D TARGET will make the refund within 14 days from the reception of the good.
If the payment was made in cash and/or via bank transfer, 3D TARGET will proceed with a bank transfer.
If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be made through a direct cancellation on the credit card itself.
If the payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be re-credited on the Customer account.
Dispute
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Italian law. For any dispute related to orders placed on our website www.3dtarget.it we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia, excluding any other placeof jurisdiction.

INFORMATION ABOUT SALES CONDITIONS AND PRICES
3D TARGET could change the present Terms & Condiotions without any prior notice. The user agrees to be bound by the present Terms of Use and all terms and conditions and he should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions.
3D TARGET reserves the right to modify at any moment the prices published on the website.
GUARANTEE
All our products are covered by a standard warranty granted by the producer or by the official distributor (i.e. FLIR, FARO, VELODYNE, EXTECH, ...). They are granted according to the conditions available on their certificates supplied in the package, without prejudice to the italian Dlgs n. 24/02 that provides for a 24 months warranty in case of a lack of conformity. The 24 months warranty within the meaning of DLgs n. 24/02 shall apply to the product that has a failure, but only if the item has been used correctly, respecting its intended use and the requirements explained in the technical documentation provided.
Such warranty, as per the italian Dlgs. N. 24/92, is exclusively intended for private consumers (natural person who is acting for purposes other than his trade, business or profession): business buyers are granted by legal guarantees as per the article 1490 et seq. (12 months from the invoice under the terms set out in the law).
