Facility Management

Like the structures are of course also detected all of the connected equipment (pipes, electrical cables, etc ..), which are the basis for any future reconstruction and / or integration. This database can at any time be amended or extended.

Quality check

The 3D laser data can be compared directly with existing CAD models to immediately highlight the differences.

Simulation

With complete 3D models is possible to simuate all production preocesses and/or Non Destrcuctive Test. For exmple when you need to integrate a new robot in an existing production line.

Semi Automatic 3D modelling

Thanks to laser scanners and the LFM software you can reconstruct 3D models of the As Built of the farm or plant (e.g., pipes, steel beams). You can also generate full CAD models (revamping, repiping) starting from laser scanner data (the so-called point cloud).

As Build

Assembly lines and existing plants can be detected in detail in three dimensions. It thus has available a millimeter accurate 3d coordinates database for the construction and / or the integration of future new facilities, or the reconstruction of plant parts. From this database it is possible when you need to extract plans, sections, etc.
